André Béliveau

André Béliveau is the senior manager of energy policy at the Commonwealth Foundation and a visiting fellow at the John Locke Foundation. Previously, André served as a policy advisor in the North Carolina General Assembly and as strategic projects and government affairs manager for the John Locke Foundation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marist College and a Master of Arts in Government from Johns Hopkins University, where he completed an honors thesis on the philosophical development of American conservatism. André is a regular commentator on topics as wide ranging as political theory and history, energy policy and regulatory reform, and the future of American conservatism.
